Shipping & Returns

We are offering world wide delivery of our products. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone / mobile number. We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays in India as our logistic partner does not pick-ups on those days. Once dispatching the order, if order / product will return to us because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is based on the product weight and delivery location. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. We are offering free shipping to any where in India.

VAT & Custom Taxes

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

Returns Policy

In case if you do not like the product which you received from excelsiorexports.com, you can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack within 7 days. Please note that We are not accepting any returns for stitch clothing. Customer need to first contact us through Contact Us page on web site before returning any product. If you will return the products before let us know the same, then we will not provide any refund. Please read below points carefully before request for returns.

Customer need to bare the shipping cost while returning the products. We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item. We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods. At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods. Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.

Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

In case of product return, we will issued refund once we received the product back at our office.
